水利移民与环境保护

水利工程建设促进了经济建设和社会的快速发展,而随之产生的水利移民与当地的环保问题日益受到学者的关注.水利工程建设除了要充分保障移民搬迁和安置工作的顺利进行,还需加强移民安置区的环境保护.在保障区域经济稳步前进的同时,加强环境保护,实现经济与环境保护的协调发展.本文在对水利工程移民安置环境分析的基础上,提出相关的保护措施和对策.

Water conservarcy project construction promotes economic construction and society's rapid development.Associated water migration and local environmental protection problems are focused by scholars increasingly.In the construction of water conservancy projects, smooth progress of immigrant relocation and resettlement work should be fully guaranteed on one hand, environmental protection in resettlement area also should be strengthened on the other hand.When steady progress of regional economy is guaranteed, environmental protection should be strengthened to realize the harmonious development of economy and environment protection.In the paper, related protection measures and counter-measures are proposed on the basis of analyzing water conservancy project immigration and resettlement environment.
