| 摘 要： | 应用巢式样方法和积累样方法，以贝加尔针茅－线叶菊群落和羊草－杂类草群落为代表，研究了松嫩平原草地植物多样性取样强度。结果表明，最小面积为１／４￣１／２ｍ＾２；１，１／４，１／６ｍ＾２的最小取样数分别是１０￣１２，１８￣２２，２５￣２８个，超过最小取样数后３种面积多样性指数在９５％概率水平差异不显著；赞成小面积大数目的取样方法。
