硫酸锌对芹菜产量和品质的影响

对芹菜进行了硫酸锌的施用方式、用量、深度和喷施次数的研究，结果表明，锌肥能显著提高芹菜的产量，基施比追施或喷施效果好，浅施比深施效果好。芹菜各部位含锌量随施锌量增加而增加，增加速度依次为根＞叶＞叶柄，而含锌浓度依次为叶＞根＞叶柄。不同施锌水平，对芹菜锰、铁含量亦有不同程度的影响。施锌显著地提高了芹菜各部位糖和ＶＣ含量。

The Effects of Zinc Sulphate on Nutritious Value of Celery

s The effects of Zinc sulphate on growth and nutrients of celery were studied. The results showed that the Base fertilizer of Zinc sulphate was better than topdressing or spraying and shadow application was better than the deep. The Zn contents of different parts of celery increased with Zinc fertilizer application. The amount of absorption was root>leaf>leafstalk. The Zinc concentration was leaf>root>leafstalk. Mn,Fe contents of celery were also affected by Zinc fertilizer application. The contents of sugar and vitamin C of diffe rent parts of celery were increased significantly.
