| 摘 要： | 利用去壁低渗法和 BSG 法首次研究了宽皮柑桔两个分类群的核型及 Giemsa C 带带型。结果表明,道县野桔和朱桔均为18染色体数和2A 核型,且以末端带为主。核型公式分别为2n=18=14m(2SA7)+4sm 和2n=18=12m+(1SAT)+6sm(1SAT)。还从随体染色体和异染色质含量的变异探讨了宽皮柑桔的基本种模式。

| Abstract: | The karyotypes and Giemsa C-banding patterns of 2 taxa of loose-skin oranges were first analyzed by wall degradation hypotonic method amd BSG method.The results ob- tained indicated that Citrus daoxianensis and C.erythrosa are diploid species(2n=18)with 2A karyotype and prominant telomere bands.The karyotype formulae were shown to be 2n=2x=18=14m(2SAT)+4sm and 2n=2x=18=12m(1SAT)+6sm(1SAT),respectively. According to the variations of the SAT-chromosome and the amount of heterochromatin, the models of basic species in loose-skin oranges are discussed. |
