| 摘 要： | 吉林省发展林业生物质能源产业潜力巨大。有三个开发途径:①生物质固体燃料加工;②林木质燃料发电;③生物柴油生产。在推进措施上,重点强化六个环节:①制定发展规划;②实施科技攻关;③开展试验示范;④建设原料基地;⑤出台鼓励政策;⑥明确政府责任。
