| 摘 要： | 饲料在加工、贮运过程中极易受微生物的污染，饲料一旦受到微生物的污染就会霉变产生霉菌毒素，不仅其营养价值会降低，适口性会破坏，而且霉菌毒素会直接危害动物和人类的健康，甚至导致死亡，从而影响饲料安全性。因此饲料的微生物污染和防治已经引起人们的广泛关注。

| Abstract: | The feed will be easily polluted by the microbe during the process of manufacturing , storing and transporting, and mildewed, which not only damages ones appetite with the lowering nutrition value but also endanger persons' life directly , moreover lead to death and the safety of the feed industry. In recent years, more and more people start to pay much attention to the microbe pollution of the feed and the prevention and cure. |
