| 摘 要： | 通过分析和优化计算来解决鼓式制动片内弧椭圆加工方法的参数确定和减少误差的问题。以椭圆凹线拟合圆曲线的椭圆法必然存在误差，分析了误差的影响因素，给出了一定条件下的误差表达式和使误差最小的参数优化方法。椭圆法具有加工精度不受砂轮磨损影响的特性(砂轮不需修整特性)，从而容易解决砂轮磨损影响产品质量的问题。讨论的结果得到了验证，并已应用于生产中。 |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the manufacturing peculiarities of drum brake linings in the friction material industry, some problems in manufacturing drum brake linings by the method, in which a series of elliptical curves was used to simulate a circle curve, such as the anti abrasion of grinding wheel, the analysis of errors, the parameter optimization and so on, were discussed in the paper. |
