间歇性淹水对池杉幼龄材与成熟材管胞形态、纤丝角影响的研究

摘    要:根据池杉管胞长度和基本密度的径向变异曲线,确定池杉幼龄材与成熟材界线为13~15年。池杉成熟材的管胞长度、直径、壁厚比幼龄材大,纤丝角小;经T 检验,管胞长度、管胞径向直径、纤丝角达极显著水平,其余不显著。间歇性淹水使管胞长度、直径、纤丝角、壁厚下降,经T 检验,幼龄材中管胞长度、径向直径、径壁厚度、弦壁厚度达显著至极显著;成熟材中管胞径向直径、径壁厚度、弦壁厚度达显著至极显著,其余不显著。

Abstract:Based on the radial vartiation curves of the tracheid length and basic density, the boundary between the juvenile and mature wood of Taxodium ascendens is delimited at the age of 13~15 year whether there are intermittent flood. Longer tracheid length, bigger tracheid diameter, thicker tracheid walls, smaller microfibrillar angles are the characteristics of the mature wood compared with those of the juvenite wood. The T Test valves indicated that there are significant differences between the juvenile and mature wood in the tracheid length, the radial diameter, the microfibrillar angles, but no obvious differences in the others. Shorter tracheid length, smaller tracheid diameter, thicker cell walls are the characteristics of the wood with intermittent flood compared with those of the wood without intermittent flood. The T Test valves indicated that there are significant differences in the tracheid length, the radial diameter, the cell walls of the juvenile wood and the radial diameter, the cell walls of the mature wood. There are no significant variances in others.
