| Abstract: | The connotation and characteristics of assets operation for state-owned forest resource are defined. A dynamic model of state-owned resource assets operation, which is composed of assets operation subject, object, environment, goal, operation and adjustment mechanism of state-owned resource, is constructed and its characteristics are analyzed. |
