摘    要:为了筛选适于房山地区栽培的耐高温平菇菌株,在日光温室内开展了袋料栽培比较试验,对10个供试菌株的菌丝生长情况、子实体农艺性状和生物学效率等项目进行比较.结果表明:早秋4号菌株菌丝长速快,菇体美观,生物学效率最高,达38.82%,整体表现良好,建议在房山区高温季节进行推广应用.

Abstract:Abstract: In order to screen out the high temperature resistant strains of Pleurotus ostreatus suitable for cultivation in Fangshan area, a comparative experiment of bag cultivation was carried out in solar greenhouse. 10 strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were compared with mycelial growth conditions, fruitbody agronomic characters and biological efficiency, the results showed that the overall performance of ''Zaoqiu No.4'' was better, the mycelial growth was fast, the mushroom body was beautiful, and the biological efficiency was the highest with 38.82%. And it was suggested to be popularized and applied in the high temperature season of Fangshan district.
