| 摘 要： | 在生态环境脆弱的西北地区开展城市化战略环境评价,能够在决策的源头寻求环境保护与城市发展之间的最佳结合点,有效地增强城市化对西北地区可持续发展的驱动作用。本文阐述了西北地区城市化战略环境评价的目标,基于环境背景分析,重点对西北地区城市化战略环境影响的发生机理及受影响因子的识别、评价指标体系进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Ecological environment in North-west of China is fragile. Urbanization strategic environmental assessment will be contributed to find the best point between environment protection and urbanization in North-west of China, which will promote the sustainable development in North-west of China. This paper expounds the target of urbanization strategic environmental assessment based on environment analysis , studies the mechanism of urbanization strategic environment influence , the influence factors and assessment index system. |
