电控喷油对降低双燃料内燃机烟度排放的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了电控LPG-柴油双燃料内燃机供给系统的设计,柴油分别采用机械泵和电磁铁执行器供给,LPG采用电控顺序喷射方式供给。同时对控制系统进行了硬件和软件设计,对软件的功能进行详细的说明,最后对双燃料内燃机进行标定试验,论证了柴油的电控喷射对降低烟度排放的影响。

Abstract:The design of the supply system for electronic controlled LPG-diesel dual fuel engine is presented,in which the diesel fuel is supplied with mechanism pump and electromagnetic actuator separately and the LPG is supplied with electronically controlled sequential injection mode.The paper introduces the hardware and software of the control system and gives the detail of software’s function.At last,the calibration experiment of dual fuel engine and effects of electrnonic controlled fuel injection to the reduction of smoke emissions are also described.
