摘    要:利用有限元软件分析软件abaqus对玉米收获机调节架进行了建模,同时对调节架的前4阶固有频率和瞬态模态进行了计算,得到了调节架前4阶频率和相应的振型、结构瞬态时的应力应变规律,指出调节架工作时应避开的频率,为该类玉米收获机结构的安全可靠性分析提供了可借鉴的理论依据和有益指导.

Abstract:Adjusting frame's model of corn harvester is made by using finite element analysis software abaqus.At the same time the first four frequencies and transient modal frequencies are calculated and their corresponding vibration mode and transient stress and displacement are got.These should be avoided in working.All these that the numerical results can provide a theoretical and useful guidance for designing and using the adjusting frame of corn harvester.
