| 摘 要： | 建立了微波辅助萃取-气相色谱法测定白菜中有机磷农药的分析方法,并与捣碎提取法进行比较,结果表明,微波辅助提取法优于捣碎提取法,且操作简便、省时省溶剂、对环境无污染.方法回收率在98.9%～106.7%,RSD为3.0%～5.9% ,检出限为0.015mg/kg,能满足当前蔬菜、水果中有机磷残留的检测要求.

| Abstract: | The analytic method of determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in cabbage with microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) and gas chromatographic(GC) was set up.The result showed that MAE-GC excelled Cob extraction and the operation was simple.It was auto,no pollution and economical.The recovery rate ranged from 98.9% to 106.7%.The RSD was 3.0%～5.9%.And the detecting limit was 0.015 mg/kg.It could meet the determination demand of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables and fruits. |
