浅论国家图书馆中文图书阅览服务的过去、现在和未来

从阅览格局,检索手段,服务模式,读者层次变化等方面对国图中文图书阅览服务工作的过去和现在进行了分析和探索,在此基础上,对未来中文图书阅览工作的主要服务模式之一—信息导读咨询服务提出了＂实行主题馆员导读制,提供导读咨询分层服务,满足读者多元化的信息咨询需求,把咨询服务送到读者身边＂等建议。

Discussion on the Past,Present and Future of Chinese Book Reading Service in the National Library of China

A full study has been conducted upon the past and present Chinese books reading service at China National Library from perspectives of reading pattern,index and search mechanism,service model,and reader’s background evolution,etc.Based on that,the author proposes ＂to establish a subject librarian reading guidance approach;to provide multi-disciplined advisory services;to address diversified readers’ information inquiries;and ultimately to deliver the advisory service to remote readers nearby＂ as the new information reading guidance advisory service which is the one of main service models of Chinese books reading in future.
