| 摘 要： | 土地利用分区是土地利用总体规划的重要内容,土地利用总体规划是在地域基础上的综合工作,要联系规划地区的多方面特点,在划分土地利用分区的基础上进行.因此,根据不同区域的特点,因地制宜,确定不同的土地利用区的发展方向和途径,可以有效利用土地资源,处理好整体与局部的关系,发挥区域优势,促进区域经济的发展.

| Abstract: | Land-use zoning is an important part of an overall land use planning. In the area of land use the planning is based on the comprehensive work plan.Thus,according to the characteristics of the different regional conditions,the development direction of land use and the effect of land resource were determined,and the relationship between the part and the whole was well handled for the utilization of regional advantage and promotion of regional economic development. |
