摘    要:目的:研究七味养心健脾胶囊中五味子的提取工艺条件。方法:以木脂素类化合物含量为考察指标,考察了五味子醇提、水提和渗漉的提取效果,用正交试验考察五味子的醇提工艺。结果:用醇提法提取五味子中总木脂素得率最高,故选用此法进行提取较佳;对五味子醇提工艺进一步优化,优化条件为:加入5倍70%乙醇,提取3次(2、2、1 h)。结论:该工艺稳定性良好,为改良七味养心健脾胶囊中五味子提取工艺奠定了研究基础。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Schisandrae from Qiwei Yangxinjianpi capsule.Methods: Using the content of lignans as indexes,Fructus Schisandrae was extracted from Qiwei Yangxinjianpi by alcohol extraction,water extraction and percolation processs,respectively.Moreover the alcohol extraction process was optimized with orthogonal experiment design.Results: Better extraction process was as follows: 70% ethanol,extracting three times(2 h,2 h,1 h),adding 5 times of ethanol.Conclusion: The process was stable and suited for the extraction of Fructus Schisandrae from Qiwei Yangxinjianpi capsule.
