| 摘 要： | 试验对4世代纯繁的百宜黑鸡2 d内生产的101枚蛋进行蛋的钝端、中间和锐端蛋壳厚度,蛋壳占蛋重的比率,蛋壳颜色等5项指标进行了测定.结果表明:大多数百宜黑鸡蛋锐端蛋壳厚度比钝端和中间厚;平均蛋壳厚度0.324 mm,蛋壳重占总蛋重的比例平均为11.44%;浅褐色蛋壳颜色占78.22%. |

| Abstract: | The eggshell thickness of the obtuse end, middle part and sharp end, eggshell/egg weight ratio and eggshell color of 101 eggs produced by the fourth generation pure Baiyi chicken within 2 d. The results showed that the eggshell thickness of the sharp end was mostly thicker than that of middle part and obtuse end, the average eggshell thickness was 0.324 mm, the average proportion of eggshell weight in egg weight was 11.44% and the eggshell color of 78.22% tested eggs was light brown. |
