出口脱水板状海带片的研制

研究了干海带加工出口脱水板状海带片的工艺和技术。采用干海带５倍量的自来水，加进适时软化剂及表面处理剂，浸泡１０ｍｉｎ，可以得很好的软化效果，且营养成份损失较少。

On Preparation of the DehydratedBoard-like Slices of the kelp for Export

The technology and procedure for preparation of the dehydrated board-like slices of kelpfor export were studied. Soaking the dried kelp into tap water 5 times as much as the kelp weight for 10min and mixed with softening agent will make it quickly softened and the nutrient components lesslost.Then,put the soaked kelp in the room dried at the relative moisture of 60% for some days and cutit into board-like slices. The product,appraised by experts, was in the lead among the same study subjects at home.
