水、陆稻渗透调节和根系活力与抗旱性关系

摘    要:在不同土壤水分条件下对4个水稻和陆稻品种植株可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、基态渗透浓度、根系伤流液和伤流液电导率进行了测定。结果表明:在保持水层时,陆稻品种渗透物质浓度高于水稻品种;抗旱性强的水稻高于抗旱性弱的品种;控水初期,陆稻品种渗透调节物质浓度低于水稻品种,抗旱性强的水稻品种渗透物质浓度也低;在严重水分亏缺时陆稻品种渗透调节物质浓度迅速增加超过了水稻品种,但抗旱性强的水稻品种渗透物质浓度仍较低;陆稻品种伤流液和伤流液电导率明显高于水稻品种,抗旱性强的水稻品种也高于抗旱性弱的品种。由此可见,品种的抗旱性与渗透调节能力不是简单的相关关系,较为复杂,而与根系伤流和伤流电导率及保水时的初始渗透物质浓度关系更为密切。
