基于运动控制卡的数控试验台设计与仿真

摘    要:论述了基于运动控制卡的数控平台设计的控制原理,介绍了机构设计方案。整个试验台采用模块化设计,结构简单、实用且易于维护。针对精密数控试验台存在的摩擦问题,利用MatlabSimulink软件对试验台的伺服系统进行建模仿真。通过比较仿真结果与已知试验数据,验证试验台设计的可行性,并为后续改进提供依据。

Abstract:Controlling principle of CNC test-bench was discussed based on motion controller.Institutional design scheme was introduced.Entire test-bench adopting modularity design had simple structure,so that it was practical and easy to maintain.Against the friction problem within precision CNC test-bench,model and simulation of the servo system was implemented by MatlabSimulink.By comparing the simulation results with the known experimental data,the feasibility design of test-bench was verified.It provides the basis for subsequent improvement.
