| Abstract: | Growth curve and colony forming efficiency of cell line from Coenurus cerebralisat 15-22 passages were tested. In the condition of our lab. when cells were seeded at a concentration of 30,000 cells per ml. the growth curve reached its peak on 6 th day. then went dowu. When cells were seeded at a concentration of 1,000 or 500 cells per ml, the colony forming efficiency was 3%. |
