吡蚜酮复配药剂对稻飞虱控制效果及蜘蛛安全性研究

摘    要:为筛选出能有效控制稻飞虱种群数量和延缓吡蚜酮抗药性产生的复配药剂,本研究选取4种吡蚜酮复配剂进行试验。以57%噻虫·吡蚜酮WDG、30%吡蚜·噻虫胺SC、35%噻虫·吡蚜酮WDG、70%吡蚜·呋虫胺WDG为试验药剂,以25%吡蚜酮SC为对照药剂,清水处理为空白对照。在稻飞虱低龄若虫盛期施药,于药后3、7、14、21天调查稻飞虱及蜘蛛的种群数量。结果表明,4种吡蚜酮复配药剂对稻飞虱具有较好控制效果,药后3天4种药剂对稻飞虱的防治效果均达到89%以上,药后14天4种药剂对稻飞虱的防治效果仍在98%以上,药后21天,35%噻虫·吡蚜酮WDG防治效果为86.26%,其他3种药剂防治效果仍在90%以上。4种药剂对蜘蛛杀伤力不明显,对水稻生长无不良影响。因此,4种吡蚜酮复配剂能有效控制稻飞虱种群数量,对天敌(蜘蛛)安全,可在水稻生产中大面积推广应用。

Abstract:In order to screen out compound insecticides that can effectively control the population of rice planthopper and delay the pymetrozine-resistance occurrence, four pymetrozine compound insecticides were selected in this experiment. They were 57% thiamethoxam·pymetrozine WDG, 30% pymetrozine·clothianidin SC, 35% thiamethoxam·pymetrozine WDG, and 70% pymetrozine·dinotefuran WDG. 25% pymetrozine SC was used as control agent, and water treatment was the blank. The insecticides were applied at the peak of the young nymphs of rice planthopper. The population number of rice planthopper and spider were investigated 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after application. The results showed that the 4 pymetrozine compound insecticides had good control effect on rice planthopper. The control effect of the 4 insecticides on rice planthopper was over 89% on the 3rd day after treatment, and they were still more than 98% on the 14th day after treatment. On the 21st day after treatment, the control effect of 35% thiamethoxam·pymetrozine WDG was 86.26%, and the control effect of the other three insecticides was still above 90%. The four pymetrozine compounds had no significant influence on spider population and rice growth. Therefore, the four pymetrozine compounds can effectively control the population of rice planthopper and are safe to the natural enemy (spiders), which can be widely applied in rice production.
