摘    要:为了使玉竹种茎安全贮藏过冬并在次春快速整齐萌发,以湖南玉竹主栽品种猪屎尾参为试材,研究了河沙层积、即收即播与3个不同催芽温度处理对玉竹种茎萌发特性的影响。结果表明,层积处理能显著提早玉竹种茎萌发,使出苗整齐。利用层积处理,结合人工加温催芽,既能保证玉竹种茎安全过冬,又能显著促进玉竹种茎萌发出苗,且出苗整齐。适宜玉竹种茎催芽的温度为9~12℃。

Abstract:For safe storage in winter and fast and uniform germination in next spring,the effects of stratification with sand,direct seeding and four different pregermination temperatures on seed-stem germination in Polygonatum odoratum was investigated with main cultivar Zhushiweishen in Hunan as material.The results showed that the seed-stem germination and uniformity of seedling emergence were significantly improved by stratification treatment.Combined stratification and pregermination treatment could ensure safe overwintering of seed-stem of Polygonatum odoratum and significantly promote germination and seedling emergence.The optimal pregermination temperature for seed-stem of Polygonatum odoratum was 9~12℃.
