摘    要:为解决当前茶叶农药残留超标问题,本研究以常用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂联苯菊酯为对照,在茶园测试了2年100亿孢子/毫升球孢白僵菌油悬浮剂在不同使用剂量下对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果。结果表明,100亿孢子/毫升球孢白僵菌油悬浮剂对茶小绿叶蝉防效显著。药后1~3d防效较低,药后7d逐渐上升,药后14d达到最高,用100、120mL/667m2,2011年的防效与联苯菊酯相近,无显著差异;2012年的防效显著或极显著高于联苯菊酯;药后21d防效开始下降,但降幅不明显,仍然保持在87.72~90.30%,极显著高于联苯菊酯。

Abstract:To solve current tea pesticide residue problem, this study used Beauveria bassiana (10 billion test spores/mL) in different doses to control Empoasca flavescens in the tea garden in 2 years, and used common pyrethroid insecticides (bifenthrin) as a control. The results showed that beauveria bassiana of (10 billion spores/mL ball spore), its doses were 100 and 120mL per 667m^2, were remarkably effective on tea little green leafhoppers control. 1-3 days after applicaion control effect is low, gradually rose after 7 days, and reached the highest after 14 days, close to the effect of bifenthrin in 2011, without any significant difference. In 2012, the control effect was significantly even most significantly higher than the control, after 21 days it began to fall, but the decline was not apparent, the control effect of beauveria bassiana of (100 and 120mL per 667m2) still remained at 87.72%-90.30%, significantly higher than bifenthrin.
