摘    要:分别采用不同浓度的甘露醇和水杨酸处理玉米种子。结果表明:水杨酸处理对玉米种子的发芽率以及苗高、根长、根数、苗鲜重、根鲜重及根冠比都得到提高,说明水杨酸对玉米种子发芽和幼苗生长的有促进作用,可以在一定程度上解除渗透胁迫。

Abstract:Effects of the seed soaking with salicylic acid(SA)on seed germination and the growth of seedlings of maize under osmotic stress were studied through sand cultivation experiment.The results showed that salicylic acid could increase the germination rate,the length of root and the high of seedlings.So SA can alleviate the water stress on maize seedlings.
