摘    要:通过盆栽试验,采用完全随机区组设计,研究了不同磷细菌肥对玉米不同生育期土壤养分及酶活性的影响。结果表明,不同磷细菌肥对土壤养分及酶活性均有一定的影响。在玉米的3个生育期,无机磷细菌与有机磷细菌混合菌肥处理对土壤养分及酶活性的影响效果较明显。其中,蜡状芽胞杆菌与假单胞菌混合菌肥处理对土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量的增加幅度较大,分别达到了19.07%~36.71%,18.01%~43.13%和6.07%~15.66%;黄杆菌与巨大芽胞杆菌混合菌肥处理对土壤全磷、微生物生物量磷含量影响较大,分别增加了5.89%~10.94%,94.31%~141.12%,且对酶活性程度提高最大,与对照差异显著。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted with a randomized complete block design to investigate the effects of different phosphorus bacteria fertilizers on soil nutrients and enzyme activity of maize in growing period.The result of different phosphorus bacteria fertilizer treatments showed different effects on soil nutrients and enzyme activity.During three growing period of maize,the treatment of mixed inorganic and organic phosphorus bacteria fertilizers had more apparent effect.The treatment of Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas group soil available N,available P and availble K increased by 19.07% to 36.71%,18.01% to 43.13% and 6.07% to 15.66%;The treatment of Flavobacterium Bergey and Bacillus magaterium group soil available K,total P and soil microbial biomass P content increased by 5.89% to 10.94% and 94.31% to 141.12%,and to some extent,the soil enzyme activity improved the most,and they were significantly different with that of the no fertilization treatment.
