| 摘 要： | 目的]用蒽酮-硫酸法测定芝芪菌质中的多糖含量。方法]研究确定蒽酮-硫酸法测定芝芪菌质中多糖含量的最佳检测条件,测定3批芝芪菌质的多糖含量。结果]当加入6 ml、0.05%的硫酸蒽酮溶液,在水浴中加热20 min,冷却20 min时芝芪菌质中多糖含量测定条件最优。结论]3批芝芪菌质多糖的平均含量为0.991 3%。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of polysaccharide in Zhi Qi fungal substance by anthrone-sulfate method.Method] The optimum determination conditions of polysaccharide content in Zhi Qi fungal substance by anthrone-sulfate method were confirmed and polysaccharide content in 3 batches of Zhi Qi fungal substance was determined.Result] The optimum determination conditions for polysaccharide content in Zhi Qi fungal substance were as follows: adding 6 ml 0.05% anthrone-sulfate solution,heating for 20 min in water bath and cooling for 20 min.Conclusion] The average content of polysaccharide in 3 batches of Zhi Qi fungal substance was 0.991 3%. |
