摘    要:对3105ZD这样标定功率只有33.5 kW的发动机而言,印度排放限值比相应的欧洲STAGEⅢA标准还要苛刻。为使发动机达到印度排放标准,本课题对油嘴凸出量、供油提前角、油嘴孔径、燃烧室等进行了对比及匹配试验,降低了该机的NOx排放,排气烟度也大幅度减小;在优化燃烧的基础上,对颗粒物形成机理及组成进行了分析研究,从减少该机的机油消耗入手,解决了该机颗粒物排放超标的问题,使发动机最终达到了印度G.S.R.448(E)排放标准。

Abstract:Relevant data indicates that,for an engine like 3105ZD whose rated power is only 33.5 kW,the Indian limits is even more strict than that of European STAGE ⅢA standard.To improve our engine to meet the level,this subject proceeded contrasting and matching experiment on the nozzle protrusion,fuel supply advance angle,nozzle bore and combustion chamber,then the NOx emission is reduced,smoke emission is terrifically cut too.Based on the combustion optimization,the generating mechanism and composition of PM were analyzed,beginning with reducing of oil consumption,the problem that PDM emissions of this engine exceeded the standards was solved.Finally the Indian G.S.R.448(E) standard is achieved.
