| 摘 要： | 以现行林业工程评价指标为基础，结合退耕还林工程管理需要，运用Delphi法、AHP法、AHP-Delphi法、把握度-梯度法和最大熵-最大方差法，通过对指标体系科学筛选，确定权重，利用专家知识库和实测数据库，确定可以量化评价的退耕还林效益评价指标体系。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the evaluation index of the current forest engineering and combined with managerial demand of returning farmland to forest,the methods of Delphi,AHP,AHP-Delphi,assurance degree-gradient and maximum entropy-maximum variance were used.The benefit evaluation index system of returning farmland to forest could be evaluated quantitatively by selecting index system scientifically,determining weight,and utilizing expert knowledge base and measurement database. |
