云南省东方蜜蜂形态学研究

研究标本遍及云南省不同地区 ,不同气候条件及海拔高度的14个样点 ,每个样点30只蜜蜂 ,每只蜜蜂的38个形态特征在德国法兰克福大学生物系蜜蜂研究所进行了测定。测定的数据用SPSS软件10.0版本进行因素分析、区辨分析和集合分析 ,并同来自北京、日本、韩国、泰国、印度、缅甸、越南和尼泊尔的东方蜜蜂的形态测定数据进行比较 ,结果表明 :云南的东方蜜蜂形态学上有丰富的多样性。

Morphology Study of A.cerana in Yunnan

Through out the whole Yunnan Province 14 different sites had been sampled of A.cerana, each site sampled 2 colonies, 30 worker bees per colony. Each worker bee had been morphological measured of 38 characters in Bee Research Institute of Frankfurt University of Germany. Using SPSS 10.0 analysised the date with factor analysis, cluster analysis and discriminate analysis, and compared with the dates from Beijing, Japan, Korea and some other Asia countries. Test showed that Yunnan A.cerana has wide variation of morphology characters.
