摘    要:利用盆栽试验研究尿素配施不同比例的氯化铵对菜薹(菜心)硝酸盐积累的影响,结果表明:氯化铵能显著减少栽培基质中亚硝酸细菌的数量,抑制硝化作用的进行。尿素与氯化铵配合施用能显著降低菜心硝酸盐含量,降低效应随着配施氯化铵比例的增加而增加。

Abstract:The study of the effect of urea-ammonium chloride mixture on the nitrate content in Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsenet Lee was carried out. The results are as follows: The application of urea-ammonium chloride mixture significantly reduced nitrate content in Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsenet Lee. The nitrate content in the plant decreased continuously with the increase of ammonium chloride rate. Ammonium chloride significantly reduced the number of nitrous acid bacteria and consequently inhibited nitrification in growing media.
