摘    要:从引发"烂窝病"的病原菌着手,研究其来源、种类及生长条件,探索此病的发生发展规律,并提出预防措施与建议。结果表明,引起蒜薹烂窝病的主要病原菌是灰葡萄孢霉;蒜薹在生长期间就可能潜伏有病原菌,健壮的蒜薹发病率低;有伤接种后发病严重;延长入库时间能加速"烂窝病"的发生与发展。

Abstract:The source, variety and growth condition of pathogen that causes garlic stem decay during cold storage were determined, and the preventive measures and suggestions were also supplied. The results showed that Botrytis cinerea was the main pathogen that caused garlic stem decay. The pathogen probably infected the garlic stem during growth period and there was low decay rate for better quality garlic stem. Inoculated garlic stem with Botrytis cinerea could cause more severe decay. Delay of cold storage could increase the "nest decay" rate of garlic stem.
