| 摘 要： | 海棠果营养丰富,在我国栽培历史悠久。近年来,海棠果在我国的种植面积和产量不断提高,但保鲜和精深加工发展却很慢。因而,主要针对我国海棠果产业中的发展现状及存在问题进行全面分析,并提出一些对策和思考,以期对我国海棠果产业的良性循环发展有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Crabapple fruit has a long history of cultivation in China,and its fruit is rich in nutrition.In recent years,the planting area and yield of crabapple fruit have been increasing in China,but the development of fresh-keeping and intensive processing is very slow.Therefore,this paper mainly aimed at Chinese crabapple fruit industry in the development of a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems,put forward some countermeasures and thinking,with a view to Chinese crabapple fruit industry in a virtuous circle of development has a certain reference. |
