摘    要:枇杷是国内大部分地区均可种植的一种植物。枇杷果实富含糖类、维生素和微量元素等营养成分,是一种营养价值高、经济价值高的水果;枇杷叶、花含有皂苷类、萜类、酚类和黄酮类生物活性的成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗炎、降血糖、抗氧化、止咳平喘等功效。就枇杷的营养价值、功能价值和食品加工方面的应用研究进行论述,并讨论当前枇杷资源应用中存在的问题,以期为枇杷的综合资源利用提供参考依据。

Abstract:Eriobotrya japonica is an agricultural plant which can be grown in most areas of China.Eriobotrya japonica is a fruit with high nutritional value and high economic value,which is rich in carbohydrate,vitamin and human element.The leaves and flowers of Eriobotrya japonica contain saponins,terpenoids,phenols and flavonoids.This bioactive ingredients of this compound have the effects of anti-tumor,anti-cancer,anti-inflammation,lowering blood sugar,anti-oxidation,relieving cough and asthma,etc.In this review,the nutritional value,functional value and food processing application of Eriobotrya japonica were discussed,and the deficiencies in the application of Eriobotrya japonica resources were discussed,so as to provide reference for the comprehensive resource application of Eriobotrya japonica.
