| 摘 要： | 采用改良的常规压片法，对四川省６种伞形科植物的细胞染色体计数和核型研究。结果表明，旱芹（Ａｐｉｕｍ ｇｒａｖｅｏｌｅｎｓ Ｌ．）的核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２２ｓｍ，属首次报道。染色体数目，野胡萝卜（Ｄａｕｃｕｓ ｃａｒｏｔａ Ｌ．）为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１６，积雪草（Ｃｅｎｔｅｌｌａａｓｉａｔｉｃａ Ｕｒｂａｎ．）为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝１８，天胡荽（Ｈｙｄｒｏｃｏｔｙｌｅ ｓｉｂｔｈｏｒｐｉｏｉｄｅｓ Ｌａｎ．）为

| Abstract: | A modofied traditional squash method was adopted to study the chromosome number andkaryotypes of 6 species of Embrelliferae in Sichuan. The karyotyoes of Apium graveolens L., Daucus caraul L., Centella asiatica Urban., Foenicalum vulgane Mill., Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lan. and Oenuthe benghalensis Kurz. were found to be 2n=2x=22sm,2n=2x=16,2n=2x=12,2n=2x=18 and 2n=4x=44, respectively. The karyotype for one species, A. graveolens, is reported for the first time and three species, (F. vulgane, C. asistica and O. benghalensis )are the first reports in China. |
