光唇鱼赤皮病病原研究

摘    要:浙江新昌某养殖场的光唇鱼(Aerossocheilus fasciatus)爆发赤皮病,发生大量死亡,从患病鱼肝脏中分离到菌株GCL100301,通过人工感染试验,确定该菌株为病原。通过生理生化和分子生物学鉴定,该菌株GCL100301被鉴定为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。通过对该菌株的药物敏感试验,发现其对环丙沙星、新霉素敏感,对青霉素、复方新诺明、先锋V、新生霉素、痢特灵和头孢噻吩完全耐药。研究结果为光唇鱼病害防治提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Mass moralities of Aerossocheilus fasciatus with red-skin were occurred in Xinchang fishery farm, Zhejiang province, in March 2010.The bacteria strain GCL100301 was isolated from liver of moribund Aerossocheilus fasciatus and identified by the bacteriological and molecule biology method, which were identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens.The strain was sensitive to Ciprofloxacin and Neomycin and resistant to Penicillin, SMZ+TMP, Cefazolin, Novobiocin, Furazolidone and Ceftofur.It would provide theoretical event for prevention and cure this disease.
