《南极海洋生物资源养护公约》对我国南大洋渔业的影响

The effect of CCAMLR( Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resource) on Chinese distant water fisheries in the Southern Ocean

The paper is concerned with the background, waters, targeted species and conditions of member states of CCAMLR. It looks at some aspects of the effect of CCAMLR on the Chinese Southern Ocean fishing including effects on Chinese distant water fishing, legislative restriction on Chinese fishing vessels in the Southern Ocean and promotion of the cooperation between China and the related countries in this area. The paper also analyses the Chinese fishery in the Southern Ocean, and puts forward some advices, including carrying out survey and assessment on fishery stocks in the Southern Ocean, taking active part in the Southern Ocean fishery affairs, strengthening control and management of IUU fishing and promoting exchange of international fisheries information.
