| 摘 要： | 文章指出农业科技创新性人才是促进农业发展的重要推动力,分析了农业科技创新性人才的特征,并从构建合理的农业科技创新性人才团队、完善激发农业科技人才自主创新能力的激励机制、建立科学合理的农业科技创新性人才的考核和评价体系等方面总结探讨了激发农业科技人才创新活力的政策措施、实施方式和管理经验,以助推农业科技创新性人才健康、快速、持续、稳定发展。

| Abstract: | Innovative intellects of agricultural science and technology are key factors to push agriculture development. The characteristics of creative intellects of agricultural science and technology were analyzed in the paper. Meanwhile, policy measures, implement methods and administrative experiences for vitalizing agricultural scientists were summarized and discussed in the paper from constructing proper qualified talents team, improving stimulating mechanism of initial innovation, and setting up scientific and proper examine and evaluation system. This will promote a healthy, rapid, continuous and stable development of innovative intellects of agricultural science and technology. |
