草莓灰霉病菌对10种杀菌剂的敏感性检测

摘    要:为探明不同杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病菌的室内抑菌活性,采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了10种杀菌剂对草莓灰霉病菌的室内毒力,结果表明:环酰菌胺、咪酰胺、乙霉威、嘧菌环胺、速克灵、异菌脲、烯唑醇、多菌灵、嘧霉胺和啶酰菌胺对草莓灰霉病菌的EC50值分别为0.0494、0.0636、0.1064、0.1389、0.1442、0.2799、0.7301、0.7902、2.1407和2.7545μg/mL。草莓灰霉病菌对不同杀菌剂的敏感性差异较大,其中,供试草莓灰霉病菌对环酰菌胺最敏感。

Sensitivity Determination of Strawberry Botrytis cinerea to 10 Kinds of Fungicides

Abstract:To investigate the indoor antifungal activity of different fungicides to Botrytis cinerea Pers. in strawberry, we deter- mined the indoor toxicity of 10 kinds of fungicides to strawberry B. cinerea by using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the EC50 values of Carpropamid, Prochloraz, Diethofencarb, Cyprodinil, Procymidone, Iprodione, Dinieonazote, Car- bendazim, Pyrimethanil and Boscalid were 0. 0494, 0.0636, 0. 1064, 0. 1389, 0. 1442, 0. 2799, 0.7301, 0. 7902, 2. 1407 and 2.7545 μg/mL, respectively. There was great difference in sensitivity to strawberry B. cinerea among 10 kinds of fungicides, and strawberry B. cinerea was the most sensitive to Carpropamid.
