| 摘 要： | 我国森林采伐管理制度的存在已有多年历史,期间很多学者从不同角度对此制度进行了研究分析,这些研究基本描述了当前我国森林采伐管理制度的发展现状。在查阅大量文献的基础上,笔者总结归纳国外森林采伐管理制度的基本做法;综述了国内有关森林采伐管理制度的研究状况,根据采伐管理制度的发展趋势提出了实施有效的森林采伐管理制度需进一步研究的内容。

| Abstract: | Forest cutting management system has been for many years.During the past years,lots of scholars have carried on the study from different faces.These researches basically describe the current development of the policy.Referring to massive relevant materials,the author summarizes the foreign forest cutting management system,and points out the domestic correlation research.At the same time,this paper also put forward the problems existent,which are necessary to solve in the future study. |
