| Abstract: | The paper describes the necessity of new valves'pre-maintain before operation,introduces preliminary preparation and maintenance steps for the new valves before operation.Valve maintenance is divided into three parts,that is,(1)valve maintenance before installation and welding;(2)inspection and maintenance during pressure testing and(3)maintenance and repair for"problem"valve before putting into operation. Requirements for valve installation and welding are presented. |
