| 摘 要： | 电镜观察的结果表明,大菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(PbGV)和菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(PrGV)的包涵体、病毒粒子和核衣壳在形态上相似。它们的包涵体在血清学上属同型,包涵体蛋白在电泳分析时均只能见到1条浓带。 PbGV和PvGV对菜粉蝶幼虫的致死中量接近,但幼虫对它们的剂量——死亡率反应有差异,在较高剂量时,PbGV引起的死亡率高于PrGV。PbGV对大菜粉蝶幼虫的毒性则比PrGV强得多。

| Abstract: | The observation under the electron microscope indicated that the granulosis viruses from Pieris brassicae(PbGV) and Artogeia rapae(PrGV) were similar in the appearance and size of their capsules, virions and nucleocapsids. Their capsules were homologous serologically when tested with immunodiffusion methods. In the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of the granulins the same patterns with a single band were found in either of the GVs.The median lethal dosage of PbGV and PrGV for the larvae of A. rapae were quite similar, but the dosage-mortality responses of the larvae to these two GV isolates were different.Under the higher dosage condition, the mortality caused by PbGV was higher than that by PrGV. For the larvae of P. brassicae PbGV was much stronger than PrGV in the virulence. |
