| 摘 要： | 蔗糖是组织培养中最常用的碳源,在植物组织培养中,糖的用量不仅影响着培养物的生长速度和生长量,还影响其代谢水平,次生代谢物的合成,以及细胞的形态和发生,是影响植物组织培养成功与否的关键之一。
