| 摘 要： | 目的：测定长白山灵芝糖类物质的含量。方法：3，5-二硝基水杨酸法测定灵芝中的总糖和还原糖含量，葸酮-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果：灵芝中总糖的含量为19．65％，还原糖的含量为8．66％，多糖含量为10．49％。结论：灵芝中总糖和多糖含量均较高。

| Abstract: | Object To determinate the contents of sugar constituents in Canoderma lucidum Method The contents of raw sugar and reduing- sugar were determined by DNS method. The contents of polyscaccharides were determined by anthrone - sufric acid method . Results The contents of raw sugar in Ganoderma lucidum were 19.65% , The contents of reduing - sugar in Ganoderma lucidum were 8.66%, The contents of polyscaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum were 10.49% . Conclusion Ganoderma lucidurn has a high raw sugar content and Ganoderma lucidum has also a high polyscaccharidc content. |
