伏牛山区野生鱼腥草挥发油化学成分研究

[目的]研究伏牛山区野生鱼腥草挥发油化学成分。[方法]采用GC-MS法,对伏牛山区野生鱼腥草挥发油化学成分进行研究。[结果]从鱼腥草挥发油中分离并鉴定出43种化学成分。[结论]伏牛山区野生鱼腥草挥发油与其他产地鱼腥草挥发油化学成分有明显区别,但各产地的鱼腥草的挥发油主要有效成分基本一致。

Study on the Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil from Wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb in Funiu Mountainous Area

[Objective] Chemical constitutes of the essential oil from wild Houttuynia cordata Thunb in Funiu mountainous area were researched.[Method] GC-MS method was used to study the chemical constitutes of the essential oil from wild H.cordata in Funiu mountainous area.[Result] 43 constituents were isolated and identified from the essential oil of wild H.cordata.[Conclusion] There were significant differences between the essential oils in wild H.cordata in Funiu mountainous area and those in other producing areas.However,the main effective components in different producing areas were basically identical.
