| 摘 要： | 解决贫困山区农民脱贫致富问题，必须从以人为本出发，客观认识和正确分析其贫困的根由及现状。从科学发展观的层面上探寻贫困山区农民脱贫致富的新路径，通过有效的扶贫办法，实行各种优惠政策，采取切实可行的手段，对其进行正确的引导，才能充分激发他们战胜贫困的勇气和决心，才能彻底消除贫困。

| Abstract: | It it solves to be poor shake off poverty problem of getting rich of mountain area the peasants, must from with the angle sets out to based on people, know and analyse its poor origin and current situation objectively. Adhere to the scientific development view, sought poor peasants of mountain area and shook off poverty and set out on the road to prosperity the new route, through the effective antipoverty method, implement various kinds of preferential policies, adopt the feasible means, carry on correct guide to poor peasants of mountain area,Fully exciting them and overcoming poor courage and resolution, it will be really hopeful to dispel the poverty long completely. |
