霉菌毒素对于人类和畜禽的危害越来越受到人们的重视,但是目前对于霉菌毒素的理化性质和致病机理还不清楚,其中原因之一就是受检测方法所限.目前已开发出的霉菌毒素检测方法很多,大部分方法的准确性不足,无法适用于科研,因此文章对质谱法在霉菌毒素检测的应用研究进展进行了综述.

Application Progress of Mass Spectrometry in Mycotoxins Detection

In nowadays, people are more concerned about the harm mycotoxins to human and domestic animals. However, scientists knowledge about the physical and chemical characteristics and the pathology of mycotoxins are very limited. One of the reasons is the lack of test methods and equipment. Now a lot of test techniques have been developed, but the accuracy of the majority is not sufficient enough. The most accurate way to test mycotoxins is mass spectrometry based techniques. This article summarized the application progress of the MS based methods in mycotoxins test.
