| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民是农业生产经营的主体,是解决未来"谁来种地"、"怎么种地"问题的关键。该文阐述了新型职业农民的概念、范畴与素质要求,分析了职业农民与农业现代化的关系以及如何形成磁石效应将青年农民留在农村,并在此基础上初步提出新型职业农民培育的机制。

| Abstract: | The new professional farmers are the main body of agricultural production and operation, they are the key to solving the problems ＂who farming＂, ＂bow farming＂ in the future. This paper summarized the concept, cate- gory and quality requirement of the new professional farmers. The relationships between new professional farmers and agricultural modernization and how to let the young farmers stay in rural areas were analyzed. Based on the anal- ysis, this paper put forward the cultivation mechanism of the new professional peasants. |
