摘    要:利用2种栽培方式和15种基质配方,对红掌‘热情’品种组培苗移栽成活率和生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,以苗床栽培更能提高红掌组培苗的移栽成活率及利于幼苗的生长,用2份椰糠与1份珍珠岩组成的配方最适宜作为大规模生产时红掌组培苗的移栽基质。
